Landmann has designed the Pizza Grill so that the lid stays closed allowing the temperature to reach almost 700 degrees, the ideal temperature for cooking pizza. The large 23" kettle with porcelain lid and fire bowl charcoal grill simply converts to the Pizza Grill via an easy to attach stainless steel pizza ring. Large stainless steel cooking grate provides 375 sq in of cooking area. Removable ash catcher provides easier cleanup between grillings. Bottom shelf provides storage and the large wheesl allow for easy transport of the grill. Accessories included are a pizza stone and large stainless steel metal peel (spatula).
